The work was efficiently performed to our satisfaction. They removed the furniture both front and back and cleaned the mold from the house, driveway, and lanai. They sanded the pavers and gave 2 coats of sealer on the pavers. They did a great job and would use them again. Haydon and Danny were great! They go the extra mile to satisfy their customer.

This company power washed, re-sanded and sealed our brick paver driveway, back patio and walkway, and did a fantastic job. The price was right and job was done in excellent fashion! We have scheduled a 2 year follow up with them to repeat the process as needed. Thanks 5 Star Maintenance, and Thank you Haydon!

We had a 2 year old patio which had developed a little black mold in the bricks and mossy green on top of the sand and just looked bad.
5 Star came in and over the course of two half days transformed a new but dingy looking patio back to its former glory. They removed all the furniture and replaced it afterwards, cleaned and double sealed the tiles, resanded the gaps (with a sandy hard cement) and cleaned the lania frame and screen.
Really a fantastic job.
