Monico is straightforward, honest, and reasonable. His team completely renovated a room above my garage in Dixon, CA and installed new plumbing, electrical, bathroom, kitchenette, and flooring to make it a stand alone apartment. He only hires subcontractors that are respectful and considerate of your home. His bids were competitive as well. I'd hire him again any day. Strongly recommend.

MOS Construction, Inc built my previous custom home on Vine Street in Vacaville and I was simply amazed by the detail in every square inch of that home.
