We engaged the Owner, Brad, to do our bathroom and were working with him for two months picking out materials. We thought things were going well when out of the blue Brad sent us an email telling us he would have to back out of doing our project. No explanation, no phone call, just a very short email. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. Brad left us in the lurch as we had friends coming in from out of town and it was too late to get another contractor in time. Be wary of thinking about using this company.
