Bridge & Stream drainage studies typically include a hydrologic analysis to estimate the design peak flow rates, estimated by comparing multiple hydrologic methods.

Bridge & Stream has a thorough knowledge of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations and has extensive experience obtaining permits for projects in FEMA designated floodplains, particularly for bridge replacement projects.

Our certified floodplain managers (CFMs) can assist with reviewing existing floodplain delineations, analyzing hydraulic (HEC-RAS) models for proposed changes, and completing permit applications to local and national floodplain managers.Our staff includes wetland delineation specialists to quantify the extents of on-site wetlands.
