Chris did a superb job for us in installing a keypad lock on our front door. The lock had some issues requiring a factory reset, and he solved the problem quickly and finished the installation. He even did more than we asked -- tightening door hinges and flooring screws. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

If i could give 10 stars id give it 100 stars. Why you ask ? The service was Lightning Fast, The Office Representative was so so Genuinely Nice, and the Technician who came out was prompt and Generous. Even Helped me out by Jumping my Car. The Experience was great, i know its a lot to report, but that just shows you how above and beyond this team goes to get you what you need. Oh My Goodness! Pocono Locksmith saved me! I lost my car keys and they came in 15 minutes to let me in, made an additional car key and was even able to copy a couple of house key for me as well!!
Chris was super professional! He said he'd be here in 15 minutes and did exactly that! He got me into my car in minutes! Chris came and kept is social distance and had a mask. I am a Woman and he made me feel safe. It was dark and the bright lights from the truck illuminated the area very well.

These people were awesome. I came home on a red eye and the power was out at my house so no automatic garage door. I called them to get into my house. It was Saturday morning. They answered right away and after collecting a little info they had someone in route right way. They were very responsive. I would highly recommend their service.

He was able to cut us new original keys for my daughter's 2002 Saturn, and code a new ignition lock tumbler to the original factory key code. Yelp saved the day again! Found this place on Yelp when my younger brother in high school lost his car keys during his after prom trip while out of state. The guy who came worked with him to cut a key on the spot. It took him about an hour to get to his location, which was quick. He has a 2010 Hyundai Genesis coupe and the man was able to accommodate him at a pretty reasonable price. We were thankful they were able to help us out right away without any issues.
