I have used Fleur De Lis for years and have highly recommended them to friends and neighbors. They are prompt and always do an outstanding job. I have at least two feet of leaves in my backyard if they aren't raked regularly, so you know my gutters are full. Called today to set my annual appointment.

Efficient, professional, friendly and locally-owned, I highly recommend this company! We're not originally from Oregon AND we're first-time homeowners. Jeff and his team took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me helpful tips on how to maintain everything. We got the roof treated and had both the gutters and windows cleaned. Very happy with the service and our windows have never looked so good!

I am an officer of an HOA in the West Hills District. Flour-De-Lis has been cleaning our roof gutters for quite a while now and has always done a good job. This last time heavy rain flushed some leaves into our downspouts after cleaning, causing backup. I called the company and within fifteen minutes the crew was back out correcting the problem. The crew were courteous and checked all downspouts making sure the problem had not occurred in other spouts. I highly recommend this company.

I hired the company to clean my gutters and roof. The day they were to start to work they called and rescheduled for the following week. When the day came they were 20 minutes late and abandoned the job and left a mess. I had to contact the company to find out what happened. I was told that they would be out the next morning with a new crew. The next morning they were a half hour late and left a note on my door with out knocking that they will not be doing the job that they were hired for. They still did not clean up their mess that was left from the prior day. If they did not want the business

A little back story - We moved into our house about three years ago and had a baby shortly after. Due to sheer exhaustion from having a child who was a poor sleeper, we let some home maintenance slip. Recently, we realized we had never had our windows or gutters cleaned since moving in! ICK! To make matters worse, our house was a rental for probably 10 years prior to us purchasing it and I suspect a proper cleaning never happened during that time either! Point being, you can imagine the amount of gunk that had built up. *shiver*
