Michael Wilder grew up in a small town in southern Indiana. He first came to Idaho to attend college at Brigham Young University-Idaho. There he met his wife and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance. Michael then went to the University of Idaho College of Law to obtain his Juris Doctorate.

Once the information required by you was given to attorney they did all the work in timely manner. It was easy process to complete. It was easy to understand because they explain the steps very well. In addition the communication calls were never an automated system, It was either Mr Avery himself or his assistant.

Had a bumpy start to my case but after Tina took over as paralegal things greatly improved and though it took awhile to straighten things out she tried to keep me up to date with where my case stood. She always tried to look out for me did her best in my behalf 🙂. I would definitely recommend them in the future. Although I gave my experience 4 stars I give Tina a 10 for experience, knowledge and support. She is the best.

Very very knowledgeable! Not only John Avery but each staff member i interacted with in the twin falls office. Amy is one hell of a paralegal also. I have used Avery Law to help me with my bankruptcy in 2005, Something came up on my credit report this year 2019 and I emailed John, he took the time to check into to see what was going on. John was so helpful and understanding. It did not matter my bankruptcy was back in 2015. He is there to help you. The first meeting should have clued me in- paying $180 per hour for his professional time, I was very frustrated when Mr. Avery took personal call after personal call from clients and his wife. Committed to seeing this process through, I gave him the entire amount for my case and all of the information needed which took hours of data entry. The office staff was unable to enter all the information correctly, I sent reminders to fix errors, checked in to see if they had all the information needed, and never had my phone calls or emails returned.
