We booked a vacation through AirBNB that is run/owned by this company (or Sunspot Vacation Rentals. Initial communication with the owner (rental company) showed that they did not have really great knowledge of the property. Nonfunctioning hot tub (despite charging hot tub cleaning fee), no supply of snow shovels, no knowledge of advertised snow plow schedule, etc. During our stay, Leavenworth experienced heavy snowfall and the Leavenworth Mayor even declared a State of Emergency due to this fact. My family and I stayed at one Leavenworth Getaways properties just outside of Leavenworth. We found that the property was not as described, especially concerning the number and types of beds provided.
We tried to work with Leavenworth Getaways to resolve the issue over the king bed and other complaints. The travel company uses a third party company to resolved complaints. Despite leaving several phone and email messages, our messages were never returned by a real live person. We were sent a voucher for our next stay that did not even cover a 1 night stay. We stayed 4 nights with this company.

We stayed at 7th Heaven Condo and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a property management company. The condo was not clean when we arrived for our recent holiday vacation. The floors had not been swept or vacuumed, the carpet was very stained and needed replaced. The counters, mirrors and master shower had not been wiped down. The kitchen also had a foul smell coming from the sink. On top of that, there was an outlet missing a plate in the living room - an obvious safety issue for our 3 young children. The home badly needs and deep clean and an upgrade in furniture, linens and amenities

I used this company to book my stay for this Christmas 2018. They booked it to myself and another customer. We drove 5 hours to find out that we had no place to stay. This company said sorry and left us out in the cold with no where to go. Bill May is the contact I spoke to with NO compassion that they just ruined our Christmas. We are out thousands of dollars. We have filed fraud against them and will file a lawsuit if they don’t take care of the money we are out. We booked this over 3 months in advance. DON’T USE THEM EVER! GROSS! Thanksgiving 2018 ruined!
For the past several years we have stayed in another condo in the center of town, however this year we wanted to bring our dog with us. We spent a great deal of time searching for a unit that was large enough for our family, had a well equipped kitchen suitable for Thanksgiving preparations and would allow for our pup. When we stumbled across the Grizzly Hideaway we were excited. Although the unit was on the pricey side it looked amazing and met all of our needs. We combed through the reviews and they all looked great so we booked our stay!
