Services
Our mission here at The Learning Ladder is as follows: to provide dependable, high-quality child care services and educational opportunities for each child. We do so by incorporating the best research and an extensive knowledge of child development and health. The Learning Ladder also strives to support parents by providing their children with a safe, loving, and nurturing environment.
Preschool tuition and child care payment schedules are contractually arranged between the facility and each family individually. A member of our day care center and preschool staff will quickly follow up with you to discuss your child care needs. Hear about upcoming events, field trips, school programs, and other activities going on at The Learning Ladder!
Our teachers and staff will be with your infant/toddlers every step of the way, during this period of learning. We understand that infants and toddlers are constantly learning. Every time they hear a new sound, they want to know where the sound came from. When they look in a mirror, they want to know who is staring back at them.
Finding childcare for infants can be a difficult decision. You'll want to find an affordable daycare that's trustworthy and safe. Additionally, it's important to have a loving environment that meets your infant's daily needs. At The Learning Ladder, we're proud to offer all this in our infant daycare and classes.
It can be tough to find child care that fits your budget, is safe, and provides a stimulating environment where your child can learn, play, and have all their needs met. Luckily, The Learning Ladder can check all your boxes. The Learning Ladder offers daily toddler child care to children from 12-23 months old.

Don’t be fooled by the stars/reviews this place gets, we were. They can’t control the kids, organization is a joke. Every belonging your bring in to this place is either lost or takes them forever to find. My child cried when dropped off and when they can no longer take it they call you and tell you they have a fever so you miss work to pick them up. I never write reviews but child care is important and I just had to.

I've been taking my kids to them for 2 years and I love them! They have been so loving and caring for both my kids, which is always a great comfort while I'm working. I always know for sure they are in good hands, and they keep me up to date through their app. They always have awesome interactive, different age- appropriate activities, games, and projects that help growth and development which I love to hear about from my oldest! They even have fun little events that they plan like Movie Night or Halloween party that make it feel like a family get- together. If you want wonderful motherly care

I decided to go back to college after having twins. I needed a place to take them where I felt at ease leaving them for several hours a day. After calling many places and touring some The Learning Ladder was the only place kind to me. They treated me like family the day I walked in the door. They were pretty full but told me they would do their best to work with my schedule. I never looked anywhere else. My twins attended this facility until they began public school. Even after I finished college I kept taking them so they could keep up social skills and friendships. They would ask to go to daycare

I genuinely believe that my son is the happy, trusting, and genuine person he is, 90% thanks to his time at the Learning Ladder (I gotta claim our 10, just because we made him!). He's made friends with all the children he's met, AND all the teachers, and he's so empathetic and helpful! Really, the relationship dynamic between all of us is comparative to coparenting. And I love it and am grateful for it! I'm also super grateful for Rosemary, the director, for working with me and providing resources when things get weird or tough, and helping me to ensure my child can get the care he needs while

Quick to promise to follow my child's dietary needs, but didn't follow through.
When I came to drop off/pick up my child, I consistently saw staff interacting with each other--not with the kids.
I came to pick up my child at lunch time and found plates of food that were not cut to a safe size. I sat down to talk to my kid and two other kids(not kids that I even know) walked up and gave me their plates and asked me to cut their food so they could eat it. At the time, there were three other adults in the room. None of them seemed to notice.
No daily notes communicating what the kids did/ate/when

We found Learning Ladder after searching for a daycare for months. Even though we were put on the waiting list, when we were finally able to start daycare, I was amazed that the staff knew right away who he was although we hadn't been there for many months. The transition was a rough one for our little one and took roughly two months for him to get used to it, but the staff was very caring and considerate in helping ease that transition as much as they could. It was comforting to know the staff cared and enjoyed my child as much as I do. The staff is very helpful in addressing any questions, problems

I am new to the area and we came from an amazing preschool/daycare. We went to several of the local preschools/daycares in the area to find one with a curriculum that was fairly close to what my daughter was used to. This is not the place.
First off, it's more expensive than almost all other daycare/ preschools in the area. The bad part is that they don't teach her anything. All they do here is play all day, every day. That's not great when considering the cost.
Second troubling part of this is that they have an older woman that works in the 3 year old class that shouldn&apos
