I got a flat from a nail on the road on North St. in Pittsfield, MA. Called my roadside service company and they sent Andy at Skyline. He stayed in contact, let me know when he would arrive and came soon, even though he had a list of roadside people to help. Changed the tire, put on spare and was very professional, patient and did the work quickly. Much appreciated.

TL;DR: Charged full price ($120) just for meeting us in Great Barrington. No towing was done.
Called for a quote, after telling him the situation and where the car was (stuck in a ditch), his immediate response was "Um, you've talked for 5 minutes, and gave me nothing I can use. Now I'll talk."
Customer Service isn't his strong suit.
Quoted $120 for a basic tow, told it could go up from there depending on difficulty, equipment needed, etc. Several hours later, after exhausting other solutions, we called back and decided to go ahead with their services. We agreed to
