Tenant Build-Outs are a specialty of Fortune Construction. We have completed over 50 tenant build-outs in the last 10 years alone. Fortune Construction can provide services from the earliest phases of design through the completion of the project. Whether it's a restaurant, a medical office, or a retail store, Fortune Construction has the skills and experience to get the project done efficiently and at a great price.
Fortune Construction has constructed medical facilities, veterinarian offices, dentist offices, military recruiting facilities and several animal shelters. In 2010, Fortune Construction completed the largest municipal project in the history of Mount Juliet. We have an excellent working relationship with the local municipal agencies throughout middle Tennessee including Nashville, Mt.
Fortune Construction is an excavation leader in middle Tennessee. In 2015, Fortune Construction raised a 12-acre site approximately 8 feet. This task required the import and placement of over 8000 tandem dump truck loads of fill! So whether it is a large site or preparing a building pad for a single house, Fortune Construction has the means to get the job done.

From Inception to completion, Fortune went above and beyond in getting my commercial construction project completed. I had a general idea of what I wanted done, and that's all Jim needed to lay out a very detailed plan to get it done. They also assisted working with a variety of tenants in completing their specific improvement needs. Couldn't have done it without Fortune.
