What a pleasure to work with Curt and CMC Studios! He did a fantastic job on a video shoot for a recent project of mine. His ideas and vibe on the shoot and his editing facility with Final Cut Pro were all outstanding. Turns out Curt is also a killer guitar player and musician which was a most pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

I'm a graduate student at Yale School of Drama and found CMC when I needed to record some VO Commercial spots. Curt is so professional, easy-going and evidently knows his stuff. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole session and will definitely be coming back to record in the future.

I am a clinical professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Yale Medical School, and an active clinician, and I am working on a podcast series about women going through menopause. Curt has done an amazing job of helping me organize our interviews and recording them very professionally. His studio is quite comprehensive and I am hoping to work with him on several more educational projects. I would recommend working with Curt to anyone.

We worked with Curt over the course of two days on several hours of podcast recordings. Curt was friendly, professional and accommodating. It was clear he had years of experience and a vast knowledge of equipment and techniques. He communicated this knowledge in easy-to-understand terms and was time-efficient as well. CMC is clearly the finest and most professional recording, and mastering studio in North America. I have been recording and performing for over 40 years and I have never seen a more relaxed and inspiring location to record and produce music. I have used CMC for multiple project scopes that I worked with Curt, and they all exceeded my expectations when completed.
Curt is also a very accomplished musician, and that always comes in handy when you need input you can trust during a running session. I highly recommend CMC studios for all recording, album mastering and design.

I’ve been working with Curt during the Mercy Project Musical. As a semi-shy person I didn’t expect to find myself so comfortable in a recording studio. Curt makes you feel right at home while encouraging you to give it all you have, all while guiding you through difficult spots. In the few sessions I’ve had with Curt so far I’ve learned quite a bit. A lot goes on while producing music and Curt does it while giving you a great experience. 10/10.

I could not recommend CMC studios more for anyone looking for incredible quality service and equipment for any sort of music making and training. Curt is a real renaissance man, with impeccable musicianship and producing capabilities. His studio is equipped with all the technology an artist could dream of, but Curt himself is the real best resource he offers. I am a 69 year old musician and wanted to learn key board music theory, and Curt is teaching me at an amazing rate! He is patient, understanding, and a great musician himself. I would highly recommend Curt for any one interested in truly learning music. Guitar, or Piano! I also might mention, he is extremely affordable!

I usually don't write reviews however I would like to give credit where credit is due. I've been to big fancy studios that looked great and left with a demo that sounded terrible. When I first went to CMC studios I was surprised because it wasn't big and gaudy however it had a warm comfortable atmosphere and was extremely clean. Curt is the owner of the studio and presented as a very nice guy with a good sense of humor. I was shocked to discover the knowledge he has with music theory, he is a genius. He played a solo that sounded like Steve Vai and effortlessly played the piano like a jazz pro
