I left a 1-star review in June of 2016 after a very frustrating incident with one of the accountants here. The owner Bonnie just called me to apologize. She told me that Individual no longer works there and she apologized repeatedly for not learning of my issues until now. It’s very clear how professional Bonnie is and how much pride she takes in her practice. If I could figure out how to edit my previous comment to clarify that it wasn’t Bonnie that I initially dealt with, I would. I think this accounting firm just regained my business and I very much respect Bonnie for taking the initiative

We love Bonnie! We were referred by another family member (who also loves Bonnie) and she's been our accountant for the last 4-5 years. We have a somewhat interesting filing due to our home office and finances and she's nailed it every time- makes sure we know what information to bring (and how to calculate it), what documents to file, and if anything else is needed. She's hilarious to chat with while keeping the appointment on track. So, yeah. We love Bonnie.
