We have experience in every venue in the state, and we have developed a good reputation with Petitioner's Counsel and Arbitrators throughout Illinois. Investigation of claims for bases for denial, subrogation potential and possible insurance fraud.
Managing Partner Daniel Orenstein was born in Canton, Ohio, and raised in the greater Chicagoland area where he still lives today. In 1997, he received his undergraduate degree in political science at The University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. While at the University, Mr. Orenstein was President of numerous student organizations and was recognized by the Finkbine Association as one of the University of Iowa's student leaders.
About three years ago I was referred to Dan Orenstein through an excellent nurse case manager in the Chicago area, and I agreed to give him a try on several files.
