After about 4 months with Parkside Tech looking after us since the shutdown went into full swing, I can absolutely say these guys are exactly the team we were looking for! They're solution focused, flexible, responsive, and gifted technicians. They were able to quickly get us up and running on O365 at E3 and helped us as we phased in necessary HIPAA compliance measures. They also helped us respond to about a half dozen miscellaneous IT loose ends that had built up over the last decade. We've been blessed with a number of volunteers in our time who have given a lot since we first opened our doors

Parkside Tech was outstanding to work with on the opening of our new office. Ryan was easy to work with on the quote, the installation team was on time and completed the work timely.The pricing was very competitive. I have had them do two other jobs for me and plan to use them again in the next two weeks. I have had many offices wired over the years from 5,000 ft to 120,000 ft and this was the easiest install I have every had. I would recommend them to anyone!

ParksideTech gives me one important thing: the opportunity to sleep at night! I have a very high confidence in their ability to support our computer and server infrastructure in all ways. Very accountable, extremely fast and always there when I need them. I truly feel like I am their only customer, although I know this is far from true. I might be the smallest customer, but still feel like I get top level, fast support. Staff is extremely experienced and has not failed even when it gets very technical. Includes Windows and Linux servers and much more.

ParkSide Tech has been one of the best IT companies I have dealt with. The company I work for needed to migrate from another IT company that was overpriced and poor performance. ParkSide Tech was able to help with the migration and VPN tunneling with our existing hardware. The migration from server to server went great!
We currently are going on 1 year with their windows vps hosting service and recommend others to hop on board.
I forgot to mention we are not a local company for them in Arizona; we are actually based out of California! Support calls are quickly addressed and taken care of.

My technician was Von See, and he was absolutely phenomenal. We had poor Cox installation we called Parkside Tech. After contacting them they came out the same day within 3 hours of contacting them. Very smart and knowledgeable Von was got all of our issues handled professionally and timely. He had to come out again and I received excellent service again. I am so glad I found Parkside tech and I am now reassured that any technical issues our office has I have a dedicated competent tech and company to use. Great prices/ hourly rates compared to valley market. Parkside Tech is highly recommended

We recently started using Parkside Tech as our managed IT solution after our IT manager left the company. Best decision ever! We went from having 1 person that was only available when he was in the office, now we have a team that is available 24/7! These guys are extremely responsive and very knowledgeable. We have recently signed up with Parkside. Ryan (CEO) took a personal interest and sat down to explain their services & cost in a way that was totally understandable for a non-geek. Once we signed up they were proactive to get into our office to register all of our equipment to be able to assist with what ever we needed. Not all were devices were available when George (he was awesome & accommodating) came by and did the on-site visit. I have 5 additional laptops that I had difficulty with registering. I called and Von & Mike had to remote in to get this accomplished. They were both great & I appreciated

Their skilled team helped migrate the company I work for from a 7 year old windows server to a new windows 2019 server. We had high expectations and set the bar even higher than that. Performance with 10 concurrent RDP sessions is amazing.

I used to work in IT and managed several servers. Not only was it time-consuming but it cost the company a lot of money.
