I brought my GLI in for ceramic coating, and this shop turned it out!!! When I met with Marcus, I mentioned a couple pieces of chrome I wanted to have wrapped in black sometime down the road, and he surprised me by doing that as a bonus without me even asking. This place knows how to run a business that keeps customers coming back and referring friends to, which I’ll be doing both of! A+++ shop, hands down recommend to anyone looking for a place to take care of their vehicle upgrades.

Came to Marcus with a 2011 Acura CSX, which was in fantastic driving condition but the paint had seen its days. The crew there wrapped my car grey and i couldn't be more happy with the outcome. I expected it to look better and newer but it has been turning heads everywhere i go. People ask me everyday who did it and i always refer them to Marcus. Its been a few months since they did the wrap and i have only had one tiny issue which wasn't their fault, but they came to my house to fix it on the spot. I went back about a week ago to get my rims ceramic coated and once again a fantastic job by Marcus

I am unable to comment on the quality of the executed detailing service as the customer service was so poor, I never got that far. I got a Groupon as a gift for a mobile detailing and it was a fiasco to set up the original appt. I called multiple times, got a text back, then finally after multiple attempts, got an appt. scheduled. This was rained out and had to be rescheduled, although I never got a confirmation or cancellation call, I had to nudge/contact them.
Upon trying to reschedule, it has been quite frustrating. I have called and/or texted multiple times and finally the person responding

BUYER BEWARE -- UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES !!'
Terrible Customer Service. I made the worst decision of my life dealing with this business. They made me wait 3 weeks for an appointment. The appointment was set for April 19th @ 8am. The man doesn't even show up or bother calling to explain his absence. I lost a whole day's work waiting on him to arrive (which he never did)....
Then a couple days later I had to chase him down to find out what's going on. He said "sorry I'll be there in two hours". Like I don't have a personal life and can drop

I purchased the discounted car detailing from Living Social for 2 vouchers to celebrate our 36th anniversary. Contacted Carlos owner of Quality Detailz to setup an appointment to come to our house. Carlos said we were out of his zip code and if he is to come out it would be $25 more. I never saw the opportunity to check if our zip code was in his service area but I agreed to the additional $25. Was told the job would take between 1-2 hours. It took right around one hour, and it looked like it. Had the car serviced while I was at work in the parking lot. I came out at lunch, disappointed to find that my car was left with hard water spots dripping from the review mirrors, and the front windshield wasn't even spotless- I easily was able to scratch off a few hard debris spots with my fingernail. In the interior, it looked as if a grimy cloth was used to wipe down everything, as it had streak marks on my GPS/Radio screen. The carpets looked nice, as well as the tires; hence the two stars

Always remember, you get what you pay for! I bought Groupons for their service since the Groupon deal was good. But while I think I got what I paid for, the detailing was not as good as I wanted. I think the washing and cleaning was OK, but they missed some spots and obviously don't go the extra mile -- area on the console between the seats was not cleaned, AC vents not cleaned, etc. etc. I don't know what interior treatment they use, but it certainly isn't as good as Armor All; I had to do the interiors over again by myself. This is an incredible car detail specialist! They were able to make my car look absolutely fantastic! I was very impressed by their service and the transformation from what the car looked like compared to before and now! I recently purchased a car that had the convertible top down for an extended period of time, and the interior was filthy! Quality Detailz made the interior look and smell like brand new! The headlights were so oxidation before they came out- but after they were done with detailing my car.. It looked like brand new headlights were installed! Carlos was very professional and friendly

Met this guy at my restaurant had him do our cars ( mine and wife) all I can say is amazing!!! 2 mid size sport utility vehicles that get used to move catering supply's, firewood, and young children. I had this guy come out to buff out some scratches on my car. Later, I noticed he left some fine scratches from wet sanding. It happens, not a big deal.
When I contacted him to fix his errors, he rescheduled 4 times. Apparently, I was getting bumped for big paying jobs. Finally, when he came back he acted like I did something wrong. No apology, he didn't even bother to wash my car.
I paid good money and what I got was attitude. Who needs that. I'll pay someone else that knows how to respect customers.
