Here at Burnet BBQ #1, #2 and #3, just like at my other restaurants, there are no CEOs, Regional Managers, corporate this or corporate that. It's just me, the owner, Carlos Teixeira, with the help of three hands-on managers who are on-site everyday. I personally visit each location two to three times a day.

I'm just a phone call away if I need to be reached. It's very, very rare that we receive complaints at any of our establishments, but if a complaint does arise, I address it myself to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We only use fresh Perdue Chickens, fresh Hatfield & Smithfield Pork Ribs, fresh meats, fresh produce, and fresh bread.

Shrimp was cooked too done. No garlic in shrimp. Shrimps were very small.Meat was tough. i was very disappointed. I have eaten many times at the East Orange location and food is always amazing and good. But my first time at Burnett was this location..Lastly i was addiment on not receiving a lotta rice because i hate wasting food id rather pay full price for a very small portion than to waste it. I got too too much and had to throw it away.

I have been coming to Burnet BBQ for years and have never been disappointed. The food is consistently good; hot, seasoned well, and never dry, whether the chicken is just off the grill or has been cooked earlier. The ribs are equally delicious and the rice and beans accompanying are terrific too! You get a mountain of food for a molehill of money. Burnet is a high-volume operation—you go in on a Friday or Saturday evening and the phone will not stop ringing and the orders are backed up on the counter. But the consistency remains very high, and the service, although hurried, is always cheerful

This place used to have really tasty BBQ Chicken and Ribs now its juts blah not flavor at all not even a dash of salt NOTHING. My 6 year old can do much better than this

I took my friend, who eats like a bird to Burnet BBQ for take out. In all the years that I've known her I've never seen her eat so much. She loved it!

Their food may be good but their customer service is terrible. I do not leave negative reviews, but I called today to inquire about catering, and the person was so rude and told me to call back because they were busy. That is horrible. I am a regular customer there but after today I will not be going back. Customer service to me is very important and just because you sell good food does not mean that you have to be rude!!! I will most definitely make sure none of my family members and friends spend their money here!!

This place is not a bad place to eat.
The food is well done and tastes really delicious. I have eaten there multiple times especially on Fridays after a long day at work.

Total waste of $80 only shrimp dish was good. Chicken and garlic was VERY salty Chicken on the bone bits of bone fragments through out. Grilled pork cutlets were smothered peppers & onions!! Rice had peas wish they would have told me I said my wife is allergic.

The food is good and they, burnett bbq, know that the food is good.. so much so that they forget or care less for the very importance of customer service.....the lady on phone is rude especially when you ask for a status update...."try to be patient" I believe is her very statement....I mean it was only 1 hour and a half ago I order for delivery... . Yes good food but there are others I'd rather do business with who are more courteous.
