This garage repair guy is a SAINT!
I finally got to visit parents after Covid vaccine.
Day before flying back, their garage door broke! Michael had excellent Yelp ratings, but I was still nervous. He was responsive and fixed what I could afford on my limited budget.
BUT THEN he did EXTRA work WITHOUT CHARGE to prevent future malfunctions! Now my parents' old garage door glides like new.
Didn't know repair guys like Mike existed. Unbelievable service!

Honesty & integrity...those are the two words that first come to mind when I think of Mike and his business. He did some work on our garage that was not working properly due to problems with the cables and springs. We were not knowledgeable in this area and our neighbor told us what they paid. Let's just say Mike could have hit us with a big number but instead he did the opposite. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and kept to his word 100% when it was all was said and done. Trying to prep our house for selling. Of course the garage door had to stop opening. Easily made an appointment for this afternoon & he showed up certainly within the window given & texted when he was on his way. Hardworking, honest & reasonable...it can sometimes be difficult to get that in one person. So I came home from work and my wife mentioned the garage door wasn't working properly. I went out to take a look and found out one of the rollers was shattered and the door was not going to make it up or down many more times.
I called Michaels hoping he could come in the next day or two.
To the rescue Michael said he could be here in about a hour in was 6:30pm. Sure enough he was and he said he could fix it in 30 minutes or less.
I decided to have all the rollers replaced while he was here and was super happy. It took 60 minutes and I thought Michaels price was very fair. I would recommend
