Martial arts has gone through many changes over the years and we have done our very best to stay current with the most tried and true techniques. We don't claim to know it all but do claim to teach proven techniques that are battle tested in and out of competition. We feel it's a problem if you walk into a modern martial arts school and see the same things being done the exact way as when your parents were a kid.

We offer classes for every level, regardless of experience. Our classes are designed to make you feel comfortable, all the while providing a structured curriculum to help you achieve your goals. We have a strict adherence to the, "check your ego at the door'," mantra, so we can provide a safe environment for everyone!.
Martial arts has been a life long pursuit and one that has given me many opportunities that I would have never thought possible. I have trained in numerous martial arts and that has transformed into the style we teach today. Our style is American MMA which encompasses elements of Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Judo and Japanese Jiu jitsu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

My son has been training here for a couple of years now. It's a great place. They really care about their customers, kids and adults alike, and they have a passion for the art. They don't put up with overblown attitudes and inflated egos. It's an outstanding training environment.

My oldest daughter has been attending for around 8 years and now attends the adult class. There is no doubt Rogue has been beneficial for her confidence, motor skills and all around as an athlete. For us as parents, the knowledge our kids receive here is something they will have for life and we could not ask for better people who care about the kids and train them for real life situations.

My son (8 yrs) has been getting into the video games heavy the last 6 months and with summer coming up I searched and searched and trialed ideas for something to get him some more hands on life experiences and a chance to accumulate friends and people skills. This place does that! He is getting to learn at his own pace so the only pressure to succeed is his own. Which is already helping his independent confidence from then mundane school pressure that’s placed on the masses. He loves it and looks forward to this more then anything else all week! We have been here for 3+ years now. My son, youngest daughter, and I have all trained with Jason and Linda at some point. My son consistently the entire time. This has been the best experience with my son as far as sports are concerned. Also it has been the most influential toward his development and growth as a person.
