The law firm of Conway, Pauley & Johnson, P.C. was founded in 1935 in Hastings, Nebraska, by James D. Conway. Since that date, we have continually provided a full range of legal services to the Hastings community and throughout Nebraska with emphasis on estate and business planning, personal injury and family law.
My wife, Kristin and I, have lived in Hastings since 1981. This is when I joined the law firm of Conway and Connolly. Kristin and I have been married since 1978 and we have three children: Bryan, a banker in Littleton, Co., who has given us two wonderful granddaughters; Scott, an attorney in our law office; and Lauran, who has degrees in journalism, political science and law.
I was born in Hastings, Nebraska where I attended grade school at Wallace District 60 and high school at Adams Central. After graduating high school, I attended Hastings College and graduated in 2006 with a major in economics and minor in religion. After graduating from college, I moved to Lincoln, Nebraska with my significant other, Steph, where we both continued our education.
I have been a long time resident of Hastings moving here in 1993 when my father Chris Johnson joined the law firm of Conway and Connolly. I met my wife Bailey while attending Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa. I convinced her to leave Okoboji, Iowa and follow me to the Good Life where we were married in Lincoln in 2011.
You were just hanging out on your friend's living room sofa when you heard a mysterious clinking sound overhead. You glanced up at the ceiling and noticed the chandelier was shaking. Within seconds, the chandelier was falling, and it struck you on the head. You ended up with a head injury, facial lacerations, and a lot of mental trauma.

Josh and his team represented myself and children’s best interest thru a 15 month divorce. He always listened to me, never judged and was always a phone call away even after hours!
