We contracted Need for Build for some turf and concrete work in our backyard and sideyard. Doron came out and provided us with a comprehensive quote and offered suggestions as we tried to figure out exactly what we wanted. They were flexible with timing, the start date was only a week or two after signing and were able to move their timing around to fit our needs based on other work we had going on.

Avi from this company did a great job from the get go.. came in, checked out things, gave me a fair estimate on a relatively large job... workers were on time, job was completed as promised. Was excited to work with the company with all of the five star reviews. Unfortunately, the estimator showed up without even a screwdriver and couldn’t see all of the areas needed to be worked on. Was told I’d get an estimate back on 1 Oct. no estimate to date and estimator won’t text back with any update. Pretty disappointed.

Hired Need For Build to do concrete work on the side and rear of our home. Overall we are happy with the results, quality, and communication during this project. We were working with a blank canvas and our PM did a great job walking us through the process and communicating the work that was planned each day. When issues popped up during construction (issues from the home builder not Need For Build) we were explained everything that they discovered. Would give 4.5 stars if I could; only docking 0.5 stars because of clean up items after the job was done (a lot of screws from the forms left behind

If you want a stress free + problem free remodel (small or big) you need to contact Need For Build ASAP and make sure you ask for Nadir Avivi as your project manager! We did our recent whole house renovation beginning of 2021 and everyone warned me how much work and stress it was going to be. Honestly overall, amongst all the nightmare stories I've heard from friends who has gone through major renovations, I think I was really blessed. Of course no renovation is perfect but it's how you handle it when issues arise. Most importantly how your project manager handles it when problems arise

Need for build INC is a great company that is very professional and willing to work with their customers. We had part of our backyard cemented and rain gutters installed. NFB was willing to work with our budget and are worth every penny. Although we only cemented a part of our backyard the quality of their work far exceeded our expectations! Doron came out to our house for the initial meeting and he provided excellent customer service. We had our back fence blow down in a heavy windstorm. After searching on line and reading reviews we asked Need For Build to come out and provide an estimate and work plan. Kevin responded promptly and came out to assess the damage, listened to what we needed, and prepared an estimate that covered the work. Importantly, they were ready to start weeks before any other contractor I talked to. Start to finish we had 180 feet of new privacy fence built, painted, and installed in 2 weeks after the old one blew down. Other companies were advising it would be 4 to 6 weeks. When we moved into our new house it came with no backyard, just a lovely pile of dirt. After getting several bids from various companies, we decided to go with Need For Build and I'm so glad we did! They did a retaining wall, pavers, a patio covering with lights and a fan, turf, and river rock on the side of the house. They even framed our driveway with leftover pavers at no charge! From start to finish, the project was a breeze. The Need For Build team was amazing and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any home project, inside or out.

Need For Build did an outstanding job modifying the side yard of our house. The job included clearing large sections of dirt, building a 3’ by 50’ retaining wall, and installing pavers. The cost estimate came in thousands less than the others I received for the same work. They started on schedule and had a time estimate of 2 to 3 weeks, but they actually finished in only 8 working days. They were very flexible and made changes to the plan at my request as the job proceeded. We are happy with the work Need for Build did for us. We needed a custom patio re-done as our old one was falling apart. We first called a patio company but they said they were not able to build it the way we wanted. Need for Build was able to accommodate us. Their workers did an excellent job. They were very respectful and cleaned up after they were done with the build. Our project managers Avi & Jonathan were very knowledgeable & always available for questions. Overall we are pleased with our finished patio.

Thank you Need For Build for remodeling two amazing bathrooms for us. We signed up with NFB to do the two bathrooms first to see how they work before we sign on a much larger project. We met with Danny and Avi and connected with them right away. Avi, our main contact, walked us through everything, from design to shopping for stones to the final details. I researched many companies prior to selecting Need For Build to demo two large sections of block wall and install vinyl fencing in my backyard. Even tho they won't the cheapest, I l chose Need For Build because of Rachel's professionalism when making her presentation and the fact that they had their own employees (no subs) and they would do both the demo and install of the fencing. The demo and fencing involved getting buyin from three neighbors and an HOA. Rachel did a fantastic job putting all the docs together to obtain approvals. The demo work was challenging, but Gus and his sons did an outstanding
