Well, I thought I was doomed before I called Computer Resource Center, then I feared it would take too long, the problem might not be fixable and, probably beyond my current financial ability to afford a repair - even if the issue could be resolved. Then a miracle occurred . . . Luke arrived in about 30 minutes and picked up the Macbook for FREE after I showed him the problems. Sharp as a tack! Luke was dressed for taking care of business shirt tucked, hair neatly combed and, his shoes were polished.
He was so impeccable that I thought he owned the business! That's a real, tangible sign of respect

Luke and Kyle at Computer Resource Center do an incredibly great job of taking care of my questions and overwhelmed situations with my electronic tools. They have been very respectful and kind and always get my problems solved. Their prices are fair and the service is fast.

Professional, Clean, Friendly, and well versed in getting whatever is going on with it- fixed. Was ready the next day, and competitive pricing. The main man there does fine work, along with his staff. Wise and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place most definitely.

The professionals at the computer resource center are available both at their place of business and at your home. I have used other computer repair centers and I would give the Computer Resource Center the top grade for their expertise. They are very efficient and I have never had difficulty with any of my computers after their assistance.

I took my Macbook into the Computer Resource Center because it was beeping and wouldn't turn on. They discussed the different types of issues it could be and took it back to diagnose the issue right away. I was told that it may be an hour to find the cause. However, as I was getting into my vehicle I saw the employee coming out of the building. He told me that he pushed the RAM back in and was able to start the computer back up! He said that he would just run a quick diagnostics check on the computer to make sure there were no other issues I would run into. It took 5 minutes, everything check out

These guys are crooks. Run the other way and/or just use Apple's mail in repair service (read on).
My interaction: They took my MacBook in for a repair in mid August. They diagnosed the computer as needing a logic board, and I was told that I would have to prepay about $500 for the part. They were aware that I was moving away from Rochester in a few weeks time, and low and behold, the part never arrived. The computer was returned to me the day I was leaving (unfixed), and I was told that they would process a refund later as they were helping a customer.
Guess what? No refund ever processed!

I've used Macintosh computers in my design business since 1988, and also ran my own Macintosh tech-support business for several years in a different city. So I know the difference between really good Macintosh support and "not-so-great" support.
When Computer Resource Center opened about ten years ago, I needed some warranty work done on a Macintosh laptop, and was very happy with the service provided by the owner, Luke Werner.
Over the years I've brought various pieces of Macintosh hardware in for repair, and also have had Luke come to my office to help me with problems. He has always come through
