Before receiving our pest control services, it always helps to do the following, but it is not absolutely necessary. Have the yard mowed, bushes trimmed back off of the home so as to not touch it, and pull back any items on any wall or areas where bugs have been noticed inside. Yes, we send email and text reminders 5 days before and the day before.

I contacted Flex Pest control yesterday when we saw a mouse in our garage. They responded immediately and it was quick and simple to schedule service for the next day. Zach came out and was thorough and professional in addressing the problem. He was able to identify the entrance point and advised about how to fix it. He set up several traps and was done in just a few minutes. As always, we are very pleased with Flex!

These guys do a great job on pest control. They use all natural products that are safe for my family and pets. They show up on time and are always willing to spray any additional areas that may need it, but we don't really ever find any bugs in our home since we began using their service. Great customer service and highly recommended.

Zach came out this morning to do our quarterly pest control treatment. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He listened and then went the extra mile to treat an issue with spiders in the garage. I was impressed by the fact that he took his time. It was obvious from the start that Zach takes pride in his work. Customer satisfaction is his number one goal. This is our second year using Flex Pest Control. We have yet to be disappointed. We enthusiastically give Flex Pest (and Zach) 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Their technicians are always courteous and thorough. This morning, Saul came out and did an excellent job of treating the outside of my home and grounds, and an area of concern inside. The technician Wes evaluated the problem area in our kitchen and placed some ant gel and traps in areas where they were noticed. He then went under the house and treated the foundation and structures around the back of the house. Very efficient and polite.

Every person I have ever interacted with from Flex Pest Control have been professional, courteous, and very friendly. They always do a great job. Update again: still no pests. I got text reminders to let me know Spencer was coming, and that he was running a bit later due to some difficult jobs. The company gave me the opportunity to reschedule if I needed, and Spencer stayed in contact when he was on the way. He was efficient and always makes an effort to put my dog at ease and say hello. Great company!

These solicitors will not stop! They are relentless. They ring your doorbell and stay on your doorstep looking in the windows for up to 15 minutes then wait until they see life inside and try again. It's creepy and the company needs to know about this. Please stop visiting our neighborhoods for business. Advertise at fairs, on Facebook, and Google like all respectful companies. Thanks!

Extremely pleased! Mike and his crew were very friendly & professional.
Spencer & Chris arrived right on time (8:00am) & stayed an hour or so. Since we have a pool & I have seen small ants around the landscaping stones, they sprayed something (I forgot the name of the chemical) to "draw out the bugs" then another pesticide to kill them. They also sprayed the yard for ticks & fleas since we have dogs.
While treating the porch, they also cleaned off the dust webs. Inside the house, they hit all the wet areas.

Ken gave me a great deal, taught me some new things about bugs & habitat...
the fact that is ALL natural and non toxic is the best and only reason I would go with a big service
He acted with integrity and I felt comfortable with him and the guy who did the service.
Answered all my questions, I am looking forward to a life without bugs in a natural way!
A month gone by and NO BUGS. My birds and other animals are all fine. Very happy!!
