Ellen Fishkin is probably one of the worst investments you can make if you’re in need of legal assistance. Now that I have consulted with other lawyers I can see that she was terrible. She was not responsive, never seemed to be on top of things and was always fumbling her way through. I paid high fees for low competence.

Ellyn Fishkin is wholly unreliable and unresponsive. I hired Ms Fishkin for my family court case. She was completely unresponsive and after a significant amount of time and many many follow ups on my part it became clear she had not done the work I retained her to do. I feel she pulled me to hire her with promises of being there to help me only to ignore my case once I had retained her and had paid my retainer. The long-standing period of unresponsiveness has severely prejudiced my case and it is upsetting that I have received no explanation after all of this time. I am now left without my funds

I can't say enough wonderful things about Attorney Bergeron. When searching for an attorney I wanted someone who was strong and professional, but also empathetic and CARED about the family she was representing and this is exactly what I found. A completely unprofessional crook! Encouraged my spouse to steal money in order to hire him. We had an agreement to do a joint petition and this suddenly changed so Andy could inflate the bills and swindle my money away. Andy encouraged further theft, harassment, and psychological abuse as a means to extort me. Refused to settle the case quickly, making several completely unnecessary actions all so he could inflate his ability to bill. Turned a headache into a migraine, and refuses to address this issues.

Attorney Jenna Bergeron is incredible. She handled my divorce case in NH. I called today with some follow up questions now that my ex is living in MA and she not only remembered me, but remembered all of the details of my case and was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the right direction quickly. I am lucky to have had her represent me. She always made me feel like she had a genuine interest in me, my case and, most importantly, my children. I highly recommend her.

I had a great consult with Andy Miller. He coached me out of needing an attorney at this moment. I can’t say I’ve ever heard an attorney say, “ you don’t need me- here’s what you do...” He really listened to my (complicated) problem, which spans three states, Involves child support, custody, military pension, and vague language in a divorce decree.. and gave me an honest, empathic response. Highly recommended .
