Our house sold in -45 minutes. That’s right. Our first appointment was at 2 PM.and an interested buyer showed up 45 minutes early. We hadn’t even left the house yet to give the perspective buyers privacy to look around. We actually went out and waited in the car. They toured our home and came to our car, tapped on the window and said; we want it!

I had the pleasure of working with Madeline to purchase our first family home. We met her at a open house. She took the time to talk to us and explain everything in detail. I used them previously with great help; so naturally I went to them in my time of need. I had to move in 3 months and asked for assistance. Well I have until tomorrow to move and still no place. I get zero to a bit of communication from them which is disappointing. When they do it's always something like your credit score (which is fair ) they could talk to them to show that and I have a referral from my landlord or I have to make 3x the rent. Then I started to get places that are in horrible neighborhoods. It's like I am doing the searches abd reaching out to them. I am disappointed. They even
