Brent and Jacob showed up at our house at 8:00am on January 3rd, 32 degrees outside and the wind was howling. They both made a special effort to introduce themselves and explain what they planned to do. Never once did either complain about the weather. They quickly set up to work. They were done before I knew it with a complete termite treatment.
Tim (the owner) stopped by while the guys were here and provided me all the paperwork and we had a nice conversation about the area and shared that both of our power was out from the prior nights winter storm.
These guys are great. I would not hesitate

After having been in my new home for about a year, I noticed a roach and thought that maybe it was a one off but after coming downstairs to take a look around the kitchen in the middle of the night, I saw one every few days and then I saw one two days later. Although, I only saw one roach at a time, I knew it was time for action. Jonathan was dispatched by Canton Termite and Pest Control to take care of the problem. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received today from Mr. Nic! We have been having issues with some wood roaches in our older home- and NEEDED some help! Nic is super knowledgeable and easy to talk to, you can tell he knows what he is doing and what he’s talking about. He explained everything in detail that he was doing, explained our issues at hand, and gave multiple options for treatment. He found the main entry point, treated the areas around and in the house, and was even brave enough to get into our attic and treat there.

10 Stars if I could. Came out when they said (actually was at the house 5 minutes early which is unheard-of these days) William was very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Very thorough! He was crawling in spots we didn't know we had. He actually found that I was feeding the ants I was trying to get rid of and I didn't even know it. Went above the call of duty as far as I am concerned. I will absolutely recommend this company. Great job. Thank you. You have gained a fan and a repeat customer.
