K-zell Metals, Inc., was established in October of 1986, with the purchase of the assets of an industrial sheet metal shop. The focus of our business has shifted from only industrial dust collection work to specialty fabrication. We are owned and operated by Don Kammerzell, P.E., a Metallurgical Engineer, with over 40 years' experience in steel fabrication.

Nitrogen cutting of mild steel through for oxide free edges ready for powder coating without blasting. Equipped with high volume high purity nitrogen assist gas supply to produce oxide free (non discolored) cut surfaces on Stainless Steel and Aluminum.
When it comes to CNC press brake forming, K-zell Metals has several CNC press brakes to meet your most demanding sheet metal forming needs. We regularly process carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper alloys in thicknesses from 20ga up to plate. Hydraulic dynamic crowning feature to produce accurate bends the full length of the formed part and to reduce excessive camber.
