My wife and I used another limousine service, from Monroe N Y, for many years, but were no longer satisfied with it.
Windsor Limousine did a very nice job for us.
Chico scheduled our pickups which included a 4:30 a m trip to JFK. George our driver arrived on time and assisted us with our luggage. He was courteous, dressed nicely, and the car was clean.
The fare was competitive and reasonable. We recommend Windsor Limousine in Warwick N Y.

This was the first time we used WLS and it won't be the last. Price was very reasonable and John and his staff gave us excellent service. Driver(Bill) was on time, pleasant, professional, mature and a good conversationalist. We had to return early from our vacation, so I called John and he was able to accommodate us with no problem. I'm pretty sure that we will be using WLS again.

Chico is, without a doubt, the man you want driving you around.
We came up for a quiet weekend at a B&B, and Chico took us on a wine tasting tour on our Saturday afternoon. We booked him for 12, he was in the driveway at 11:55, ready to go.
We got some history, some background info on the wineries, and a very relaxing, comfortable drive in a very clean Cadillac. What followed was a lot of laughing and a lot of wine tasting (and glass of wine drinking), since I definitely didn't have to drive, which was a really nice treat.
We were never rushed and Chico waited for us at each stop.

Unprofessional. Fine to the airport. Last year we asked to go to Arthur Ashe Stadium during the US Open. Driver did not have GPS - left us in an outer lot. Had to take a shuttle and then walk a good ways. Waited 45 minutes to be picked up and then got lost, really lost heading home. An hour plus tour of Queens and south Bronx. This year our driver took us home to retrieve his wallet before heading out to the Open. After waiting for us three plus hours, he had to stop for gas and a bathroom break on the return trip. Do not plan using this service again.

What a blessing Windsor Limousine Service has been to me and my husband. We have hired them to take us back and forth to Queens several times and every time they were extremely courteous and not a second late. We were fortunate to have Howie as our driver and he was just great, helpful with our luggage, always had a smile and needed no reminders of how to get to our destination in Queens. We wound up having some very interesting conversations and we really totally enjoyed Howie and the experience Windsor Limousine Service offered us. We highly recommend them. Really great!

I booked Windsor Limo to transport my senior dad to and from JFK for a trip to San Francisco. I reserved well in advance, and provided all payment information. The service to the airport was adequate. The return trip home was terrible. The driver was approximately 40 minutes late. I understand there was traffic, but that is the norm for JFK, particularly on a Sunday night. Also, I had to keep calling them to get status on driver. No one informed me they were running late. The driver arrived with a SUV, which was not what I requested and very uncomfortable for my dad. And lastly, the driver

Whenever we travel we always use Windsor, and if you want TOP NOTCH SERVICE. You must request Chico, he's always there way before you disembark and you never have to wait! We've traveled with Chico so much he's like family now. Their cars are always in excellent condition, professional service is their staple, and the seats are heated too... ask Beverly, right Chico
