Our project is almost done, we need a few things done like built in cupboards in the study, mantel, wall paper, curtains, misc trim, microwave put up, garage painted on inside, and a few miscellaneous things done. So you may wonder why am I commenting right? Sean, the owner, has been so fantastic to work with during this project. Tiffany who is part of the design team is equally great! This was a large project resulting from a fire that created over 300k in damages. We had so much done and every step of the way Sean and Tiffany was always available to help us. His construction teams are first class

These guys not only work their jobs but are also working out in the community helping others out on their own time and out of their own pockets! Two of these guys came to my home and put a trampoline together for my autistic child and wouldn’t let me pay them! Thank you guys!!! My son is so happy to be able to jump again!

D&S just completed a large garage addition for us that was no easy task as it basically had to be built on a cliff to make the addition possible. Sean, Doug, and their team of employees are some of the best in the business and we love that they were able to take our garage idea and bring it to life.
In addition to this project, D&S also came to… our rescue a few years ago when, during a storm, a tree came through our deck and roof. Sean and Doug arrived shortly after our call and worked in the rain, wind, and darkness to keep the water out of our house. The aftermath was not pretty

We had a fire in February, we called D&S Construction because we heard many great things about them. They responded right away and met us at the house that day. Sean worked on plans to get our house back together, he sat down with us and made sure our needs for the rebuild where met. Our son has disabilities and Sean right away showed us ways of making things more accessible for him. Having lost so much with the fire ,its a very emotional time, but they made the process not so stressful.. they took care of everything,, every detail was discussed with us and we where a part of rebuilding our house

I called first in April 2020. I made an appointment for two weeks later to meet with a representative. (This was as soon as they could come, which was fine). I was told in Mid May that I would have someone speak to me to give an estimate and date for the work to be done. No one called. I called after waiting more than a week. No answer and no… return call. I called again and was told, “I was just going to call you. Let me look at my notes and call you right back.” That was on a Wednesday. I called back that Friday. Again. No answer and no return call. I called the following Monday

D&S Construction completed a 1200 square foot in-law addition to our home this year. We are very pleased with the finished product. They did an excellent job of marrying our home to the addition to provide continuity. Although it is difficult to have construction taking place while you are residing in the environment D&S made it as pleasant an experience as possible. They were professional, courteous, and considerate concerning our privacy and did not interrupt our lifestyle. Their subcontractors were professional and courteous as well. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and completion
