The Mardia Group is an awesome group to work with for your rental needs. My husband and I made a costly mistake a few years ago and have some credit issues due to moving out of our apartment prior to our lease end in 2013. Marci has went above and beyond to work with the owners with several of their properties to get us into a house that we can call home. The application process is simple and easy. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner as well. They make renting a home so easy. Thank you for being such an incredible Property Management Company.

I recently submitted an application for a property and paid the application fee. I have not heard anything back from this company in regards to the status of my application. I stressed this concern to Ronnie Adcox and made him aware that my current lease is ending at the end of this month and he has failed to return my calls and text messages about this property. I would feel much better if someone would at least communicate with me, because this is horrible customer service. I feel robbed after taking time to provide all items needed and used my hard earned money for an application fee to get

I would like personally say Marci in accounting goes above and beyond to help. I can always call Marci and my wife and I hardly ever get her voicemail and when we do, she always calls us back, and if she did not have the answer she would get the answer. She is always kind and very patient with us, we know she does a lot but she always makes us feel like she has time for us.
The Mardia Group team has never let us down. They have been wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend them enough. They truly are a full scope property management

Horrible customer service, I was interested in a property no one ever answers the phone or return phone calls. Representative Wendy will communicate through text message sometimes in which not very professional , she is not informative regarding there application process. After I applied it took 8 days to receive an email regarding my application. I do not recommend this company for home rentals.
