Alright place for repairs, just took almost two weeks to get my car worked on, but reasonable price for what needed to be done

I was hit from behind at a red light about 2 weeks ago and needed estimate for the damage. I called Gerald's to make an appointment they told me come on right then. Roger when I pulled up , they jump right on it .

Had vehicle towed to them because it was misfiring one day and ended up not starting one morning. Immediately told me i needed new spark plugs, even though mine was a few months old, and my fuel pump went out. AFTER I payed them almost $700 for the fuel pump replacement, then called me five minutes later and said that wasn’t the problem and I still had a misfire, but that it would be fine. The vehicle died on me a hour later 2.8 miles from my house. Towed it back to them and it sat for a week with no call on what’s going on. I finally called and then they said “have to dig into it more”

Gerald's fixed my car way faster than expected, they kept me updated on the progress and reached out as soon as they realized they could not get a certain part and gave me options on what was available. My car looks brand new!

Did expect more of this place being my first time, had my truck towed in because it wouldn’t start. Waited a full day and they got the vehicle in last minute and didnt diagnose anything. Put gas in and it started. It had gas in it because I filled up after and it only took 10$ after leaving them. Had more than 3/4 of a tank because I only made 2 trips to work on the current tank.Wish more diagnosing would’ve been done like suggesting what the issue might’ve been.

These guys do you right, they give a good estimate and stick to it. Of they find something else wrong they let you know.

They repaired my truck after I had an accident, it now looks like they day I bought it. I could let ask for more friendly or timely service

High quality work on my vehicle. Matched color to a tee and blended the paint so that no one could tell, in any light, that it had been repainted on one side.
