Chicago Pipe Bending can offer you design assistance on your bending, coiling and fabricating needs. We can work with you on special projects or prototypes that cannot always be handled under normal production conditions. Our vast capability allows us to fabricate pipe for mechanical purposes, including: Spray Rings, Sparger Rings, Frames, Headers, Process Piping, as well as other allied services.
Below are just some of the standard bends we offer. Additional Types of Pipe and Tube Bends are also available. Of course, that Chicago Pipe Bending's experienced personal can Fabricate Custom Bends according to your specifications. When ordering or designing pipe bends, try to use center-line radius (R) of at least 3 times the nominal pipe size, smaller radii can be furnished when your requirements so indicate.
Spot offers a low cost, economical method of bringing heavy liquids to proper flow temperature in the bulk tank. Overloading of pumps in cold weather is eliminated. When using heavier fuel oils, preheating is essential prior to introduction of oil to the burner. Efficient combustion requires that oil be effectively atomized at the burner.
