Modular homes have been a part of Kenneth's life since his earliest memories. The youngest son of industry pioneer, Rollan Jones, Kenneth tagged along behind his dad as he traveled across the country opening plants for different manufacturers.
Ken finally went on the payroll at the tender age of 14 and spent the next 18 years learning and then supervising every aspect of modular home manufacturing.After achieving the office of Vice President Ken left the manufacturing end of the business to open South Bay Developers, Inc. in 1988.

This was a bad deal did not know people would ripoff old people like ken did i was worned by his subs that he would sort change you and not do what he said he would .he gave me a price on building a porch i wonted pvc spindle post and rails i came home for lunch they where going to put up wood i stop them then he said it was 2300 more than what he told me on pvc also the house was suppose to have crown molding through it had nun his said it would be put in but 10 yrs later has not this was suppose to be a turn key job but he told me permits i had to get, not true to start job but he wouldn't go
