Berber carpet came out great. Second carpet
was cleaned BUT a large spot and a few
small ones appeared. The owner came to
check and said spots appear that don't show until rug is cleand and wss I Sure they weren't there before. Will not hire this cobimpany again.

Communication was great, but the cleaning crew that came yesterday made such a mess! They cleaned the carpet well, but they left the tiled and hardwood floors everywhere in the house an absolute mess. They really need to either take their shoes off when they enter a house or at the least wear shoe covers.
I will call Stanley Carpet Cleaners next time, the money I saved using Kleen Rite wasn't worth it...we will spend a whole day cleaning and polishing the other floors.

I set up an appointment after receiving a coupon in the mail. There was great communication and easy scheduling. I was thrilled with their work. I have 2 small kids and a puppy. Needless to say, my carpets were a mess. The got out every stain. Even chocolate milk! While I *hope* to not have to use them again, I know I will and would not hesitate to have them back.
