Agency: New Beginnings - BTS was great in providing the technical services we needed. Our project involved migrating our documents and emails to another server along with some other technical enhancements. Mr. Smith was available for additional support and troubleshooting which helped move our project along through each phase smoothly. I would definitely recommend BTS services to other businesses that are looking for great service, great attitude, and a company that is quick to resolve many of the technical hiccups that some business experience.

After struggling to find an IT service that works with PC/Mac (we use both in our office) I stumbled upon Business Technical Services, and called them explaining our issues. Johnny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He came our to our office (about an hour drive) the next business day (he offered to come out on Saturday for no additional cost!!) and had our issue fixed in less than 30 minutes.
