It is our mission to offer a family oriented recreational dance experience for all ages. We wish to teach students life skills, as well as, dance skills. We realize that most of the children that come through our studio doors do not wish to be professional dancers but we still strive to make that a possibility. Our goal is to have students leave with well rounded dance experiences, in which the skills they have been taught can be related to the outside world so they can use it for the rest of their lives.

Class Descriptions Report

Each part of the class is not required but it is recommended that you participate in the entire class. 2-3 Year olds. 45 minutes in length; child and adult class; includes creative movement, music, dance, & tumbling. Start kindergarten in Fall of 2023. 1 1/2 hour in length; includes pom/jazz technique, hip-hop, tumbling & breaking; classes are broken down grade level; must be in kindergarten or older to start.

Dance Works is a family owned and operated business that is committed to providing an economical, family friendly dance experience. We opened in February of 2001 with 50 students and have now grown to 300 students. We cater to beginner thru advanced, tots thru adult, and recreational thru competitive.

Alumni Celebration Report

Tiffany graduated with honors and a member of the National Honor Society from Davenport West High School in 2006. At West, she participated in dance team, band, track, & TAG. She attended Dance Works from 2001-2006 as a dancer. She took tap, ballet, jazz, pointe, and was on the production team, competition team, and parade team.

My daughter loves her teachers in ballet, tap and jazz. Its fun but also technical. She hates the workouts but she likes to show off her muscles from it.

Our kiddo is beginning her 5th year at Dance Works and she absolutely loves it. Staff is very organized and professional. Studio is always clean and organized. Dance recitals and routines are always very exciting. Family members look forward to seeing the song choices and choreography each year!

Terrible service. Trying to get ahold of anyone to get a kid in dance is impossible! Literally 5 calls and voicemail and emails. Don't waste your time!!

Have raised my kids through this studio for many, Many years. Along with dance they have wonderful morals and values that they help to instill from little on. We are now passing on our grandchildren to the studio. We 💗 them.

On a visit to the grand kids new dance studio for an introduction. Very nice studio with large dance rooms. Kids will be spaced apart due to social distancing guidelines. Teacher was very informative about how the classes will be run. Very impressed for our first visit.
