The two Doctors I dealt with were great. I got a bill sent to collections for 20.00 which I'm sure I pay more then once. I spend a lot of money on my eye glasses. The newest one was 700 plus. They want half up front then the rest when you pick them up. That stinks when they are very expensive. Clean environment.

I maybe waited 5 minutes before I was called in for my exam. The staff are all fantastic! Super polite and helpful, more importantly everyone I encountered demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge. My favorite person is Kayla! She helped me pick out frames and is VERY GOOD at her job. She is extremely knowledgeable and honestly just a fantastic person. She made the chore of picking out frames so easy and I trust her implicitly with making sure I end up with frames that look good. Had an eye exam at the new location for the first time. The building is new and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Pierson is also very friendly and professional as well as Dr. Vinci who I used to see for many years. I was able to quickly and easily browse and select new glasses. I definitely would recommend this provider for any eyecare needs. They do an outstanding job!

I had a great exam experience here and will make them my optometry place from now on. My wife and I recently moved back to NY and I was very happy with my appointment there.
The office is in a new building that is clean and modern. The staff was pleasant from the reception desk to when I was done.
The assistant who took me in was very friendly and explained each step of the pre-exam stuff. After that I was seen by Dr. Pierson. She was friendly, explained every step of the exam process, and was a real pleasure to deal with.

From the beginning, my experience with the Eye Care Center of Rome has not been good. I went to purchase glasses. They insisted a certain pair of frames were the best for me even though I wasn't very thrilled with them. They were very pushy and didn't give me other options to look at. Then, it took over 4 months to get the lenses correct in these frames. I had also purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses from them, which I could see perfectly through. I kept suggesting trying a different frame since the sunglasses worked, but they wouldn't let me switch.
