My personal experience with this company. Used this company thru our insurance company because they were recommended. It turns out the tow truck driver knew the resident of the home . He knocked on their door allowed the resident to remove all the belongings in the car including property that was not his ! He then towed the car empty to my location! Registration, insurance cell phone multiple things missing from the car .
Just contacted the owner Jalim of the towing company who refused to take any responsibility for the actions of his driver .

Jalim's towing is awesome, they were dispatched by my roadside assistance service provider for a flat repair. I was told buy roadside assistance it would take about 90 minutes for them to arrive at my location, however 5 minutes later Jalim's towing contacted me to verify my location. Being that I was on the side of 33 north with no specific landmarks or mile marker, they sent me a link to a web page which sent them my exact GPS location, while still on the phone with them they confirm that they would be to my location in 15 minutes. Jalim came up huge for me and my lady on our trip this weekend. It was hard to explain how my car wouldn't work without cell phone reception (ridiculous, I know) but we were able to move it just enough that I was able to start it and be on our way. He was super professional the whole time and worked without leaving any marks on the car. I cannot recommend his services enough. Thank you again Jalim!
