I live in Senior building Lincoln Avenue Metuchen. On the fourth floor we are freezing. They upgraded to gas. We have baseboard heating just in front of apts. We need baseboard heating down the front of living room. DC gave millions to land owners. Upgrade this all you have to do is ask for money. Please we are old and freezing. We all pay rent. You give us nothing. TY

Office personnel has been at the Greens Pine 1& 2 over 20 years and some. The leasing manager is always unresponsive in returning residents call on important matters and having family members (sister) to assist residents affairs, with no professional care. It's a conflict of interest in how your situation gets handled. The Greens 1&2 needs new over all leasing manager & personnel in the office. This needs new faces new ideas nd new attitudes. Starting with the Manager Tara Sliver.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had the misfortune of working with Michelle Parsons with the intentions of leasing an apartment. I was the first person to contact her about the apartment and the entire time it felt like she was giving me the run around. Terrible communication, I had to reach out every single time to get any updates and it would take days before I heard anything from her with the excuse being that she "hasn't heard anything back". I also was required to pay $50 each for myself and my fiancé for the application which was fine but with no previous disclosure that I would also

Total bull for Mrs. Anna Gomez to first ignore all my calls regarding a very serious manner. The second thing is I finally got her on the phone today. I thoroughly explained my issue with a neighbor and what can be done about it. Her reply was he can do what he wants. I have no proof of my complaints. Although I told her I have police reports. A family member as a witness. Most importantly their cameras on several occasions. Be prepared to get no resolution on your issues with this apartment

Very disgusting management ! Left a voicemail 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard a word back. The apartments they are responsible for are Infested with bugs ( flea, bed bugs , ants ) I asked for them to fog my place and I was told I had to BRING THE BUG TO THEM for proof before they would put out the cost of treating. Very very unprofessional and unwilling to help ( the greens Pine hill )

Community Realty? Why located on S.Main in Pleasantville? They certainly aren't helping anyone in THIS community. Made the mistake of walking inside to ask for a list of available apts. in the area, the answer was NO.

I own a condo that is under this management company. You do not want to rent or own with them.
I have been waiting for months for a break down of a bill that I requested. In the middle of November I was advised in writing that I would receive the itemized bill within 10 days. I actually first requested this the beginning of 2016 and was told I was not entitled to a break down even though they were billing me.
I requested this bill again the beginning of January. On January 9th I received a letter that the bill was going to be sent with a itemized break down month to month for the last 2 years
