The Barnes brothers founded Presidio Home Care in 2009 to meet the needs of their loved ones and of those in their community. With the intention of exceeding the expectations of those that called on them for assistance, Presidio quickly established itself as a premium provider of non-medical in-home supportive services.
We offer a wide variety of basic services including personal care, transportation, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. We also provide specialized services such as Dementia & Alzheimer's care. Over the past decade we have provided hundreds of clients with thousands of hours of high quality in-home care.

Services
Presidio Home Care is a premium provider of non-medical supportive services. We primarily work in private households but frequently provide supplemental assistance in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, transitional care units, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. Our cases range from basic companionship to working with clients who are completely bed-bound.
When the patriarch of the Barnes family fell ill, the family flew to Florida to be by his side and to provide care. They soon realized they would need an extra set of helping hands and so they began their search for a home care provider that could meet their needs. Their experience with caregiving companies was disappointing.
Presidio Home Care provides us with competent, industrious, adaptable, caring, and alert caregivers. They learned about our needs and household routines quickly, and fulfilled them reliably. Their ability to shop for our groceries and drive us to medical and other appointments has contributed immensely to our comfort, ease of living, and peace of mind.
Justin is the Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer of Presidio Home Care. Justin graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor's Degree in Technology and Operations Management. Before founding Presidio he served as the Business Manager of a leading IT services provider in Pasadena, CA. He was responsible for all aspects of back-office operations including billing, payroll, accounting, budgeting, and human resources.
Our team can safely assist your loved one with transfers and ambulations, as well as with getting in and out of vehicles. We are fully trained in the utilization of professional mobility devices. Providing mobility aids or direct support during toileting can prevent seniors from experiencing a fall in the bathroom.

Presidio Home Care has been providing an in-home care-giver for my mother for close to a year and I can honestly recommend them without reservation. Eric at Presidio has been able to provide wonderful people to take care of my mom and work with the unusual requirements of our insurance company (other agencies didn’t have people with the right kind of certification). He is a very pleasant person to deal with, is always available and very responsive if we have any issues. He recognizes that sometimes you have to try a few different care-givers before finding the right match and respects the quirks

Presidio Home Care is run by a family who really cares about people. They provided excellent care for my aging mother and support for me, her daughter. I live a distance away from my mother and I was confident that she was receiving the best of care with Presidio. Presidio staff was well trained to care for my mother's health and personal needs and the owners also considered my mother's personal interests and personality when selecting a care provider. I am grateful to have had Pesidio serve my mother through her last years.

I've been a nurse for over 25 years and have been doing Hospice Nursing in the last few. My dear friend needed some care for her mom in Pasadena and used Presidio Home Care. I had the opportunity to observe this care and was impressed with how their caregivers attended to her mom. They assisted her with bathing, preparing meals, housekeeping, medication reminders, driving to appointments, and companionship. Considering our hurried and busy lives, both the office staff and the caregivers took the time to connect, talk and be with my friend's mom and her family.

My family has been relying on Presidio to care for my grandmother for over a year and a half. They have been a dream to work with. Their staff is very pleasant and professional. My grandma loves her girls and most have been with her since the beginning. The management is very attentive and they visit often to make sure their staff is doing their job correctly. I love that they wear uniforms and photo IDs. It always feels good to come to my grandmother's house and see a Presidio caregiver there. I don't know what we would do without them. I would highly recommend Presidio to anyone who needs help

Communication truly is key! In less than 72 hrs of reconnecting, I'm back active in the field. I know in this profession-TAKE NOTHING personal. Shockingly, I came across mail from your company. Presidio's addresses does work-it's to take your actions @ face value. You didn't seem like that type of person nor have I done anything to be treated with such disregard. Time reveals all things. It's a small world & in this profession, all you have is your reputation. I have nothing but kind things to say about you, regardless to what has come to the light.
