Martial arts training is a great way to work on your fitness, defend yourself, or just to have fun. Our self defense school is rounded by many styles of fighting techniques in order to train and prepare oneself to react and protect him or herself when in a harmful situation.

Of these is traditional karate lessons, and we also offer Jiu Jitsu, which is one of these core styles that offers not only training in self defense but also in combat, sport, and exercise. Additional benefits of partaking in a series of these classes include increased confidence, better fitness, and fun.

If so, come join Andrew Lee, Registered Yoga Teacher, at Immortal Dragon for our stress relieving yoga program. What is yoga? Why is this art so beneficial for my health? Yoga is the unification of body, mind and spirit through the practice of deep breathing, stretches and meditation.
Age appropriate and skill level forms are expected. Students will be judged on clean/ sharp movement, balance, strength, appearance, stances, technique, flow, timing, and overall performance. This is a point sparring competition, not continuous. All competitors must have headgear, mouthpiece, shin pads & foot pads (or shin and instep pads), chest guard (optional), groin cup (male).

Great place. My boys are learning skills and discipline. Sensai Scott is a great teacher and all his students learn a great deal. Definitely recommend it.
