No!! Dishonest. Rude. Yes to the Dress was amazing to work with. Their dresses are beautiful and there is so much variety. Denise knows how to work with brides and makes great suggestions. Much more affordable than the big box stores and more personal. I felt valued here! I had a much better experience here than other boutiques.

Overpriced. Most of the jewellery is cheap stuff i can find online for less money and the same quality. Owner is unprofessional and will try to bully you into buying from her, especially if there are other people in the store. Ive heard way too many private details about other customers, sometimes she even says their name, when that stuff should stay between her and that person. I will look into other places for an event dress, hopefully i find a nicer place that doesnt shove them all in a dirty basement with a makeshift change room

One of my dresses was "lost" and cannot be located. They couldn't even tell me if it was sold or not. I was told a check for $35.97 was coming in for my other dress. I was even asked to confirm my address via email. This was in December 2017, and I still have not received anything nor will they respond to any of my emails. I don't really want to go through the process of small claims court for such a small amount, but it's the principle behind it.

I purchased a bridesmaid dress. Being out of state I needed to coordinate ordering through Denise. Her email back to me was scattered, in all caps, unprofessional and did not answer all my initial questions. When we talked on the phone and I gave her measurements, she questioned them multiple times asking if they were incorrect (I have a small waist but large hips) and proceeded to ask me if I was going to lose weight in a tone very unprofessional. I just recently purchased my wedding dress from here. We went gown shopping and I found my perfect dress and fell in love with it. The owner of the shop is really nice and was definitely helpful.
