Do you meed floor care for your business, office, restaurant, municipality, public facility or complex? We are equipped to handle most any situation and are ready to work with you. Our powerful cleaning processes can remove the greasiest and grimiest dirt from carpeting and floors. Our Enzymatic detergents can break down odor molecules and rid your building of those lingering smells.
We typically charge an average of $75/room for steam cleaning with savings applied to multi-room cleanings such as 3 rooms for $199. We prefer to keep our average stop at $175 or higher to cover the costs of doing business however we will often service smaller jobs between other scheduled stops as needed.
So what exactly is a stain? Well a stain is simply a spot you can see that looks different than the rest of the carpet but to fix or remove a stain from the carpeting we need to identify what has attached itself to the carpet yarns. Sometimes a simple cleaning and absorbing of the spill is enough but technically this is not a stain.
The Brown Deer Senior Citizens Club is a social organization for Brown Deer residents 55 years and older. Membership is also open to non-residents. Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, starting at 1:15 p.m. at the Lois and Tom Dolan Community Center at 4355 W Bradley Road.
