Brasure's is absolutely wonderful! My daughter hit a driveway rock on a dark road causing front bumper damage. Paulette at Brasure's was so helpful and honest. We called in the morning and she took us the same day. They knew our daughter needed her vehicle for work and were working diligently to fix the damage. My daughter had her car in time for work the next day. We were so impressed with their immediate attention, high level of integrity and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!!

TWICE, I have used Brasure's. The first for a deer and the second for an inattentive driver. They were very helpful with the first because my car was incapacitated and they took care of getting the rental company to me so i could get a car. They had mine back to me within a week. The second time, I was able to drive to the shop and Mrs Brasure herself contacted Enterprise to make sure they had the vehicle waiting for me when I got there and that I would be able to return it at a different store. I was glad I chose to go with them. Very well informed, friendly & fast service.

Went to Brasure's Body Shop for an estimate to repair damage to my car. Walked in the front door and the first thing out of the woman's mouth was "Who is the insurance company?" No "Hello" or "Welcome"... just tell me how we are getting paid!
Then, the woman proceeded to lectured me about giving repair estimates in the rain and didn't know how to get it done.
I left and went down the road to Auto Works Collision Center. They allowed me to pull right in to a repair bay, They dried off the car and gave me a fair and fast estimate. Oh... they also said HELLO and THANK YOU!
I am really disappointed
