The positive reviews I've read in here must mean they had a different crew than we had. I'm going to add the feedback I gave this company. I should have read more before we decided on a company to pack us up for a east to west coast move. Its obvious to me that the company already knows that unless you take out additional insurance....you get what you get. My letter to the company is too long to include here, but m y topics included the argument I received for suggestions of using wood crating around my motorcycle, the packing method, the lack of safety equipment, showing up in a car with a small

Not really understanding the good reviews. This company basically grabs any three guys they can get to move you who are not really movers. They showed up two hours late, didn’t wrap a single piece of furniture even though I asked them to. Yeah, yeah, we do that they said. No, they do not. Substantial damage. Literally every single piece of furniture was damaged except a leather office chair. See pictures below. One guy kept banging furniture into walls, and you’d hear loud bangs when they dropped furniture. Granted it was a humid day but they put the couch on top of their heads and stained

Hired them for a move recently. They pawned the job off on a subcontractor, but my contract was with "Keep It- Moving & Labor LLC," so they are on the hook for all this.
I have worked with a variety of moving companies in various regions of the country, and I have never experienced anything quite like this. Simply put, they were the worst movers I have ever witnessed.
To begin, they arrived a good five hours after the stated arrival window (and you thought cable companies were bad with that stuff?)
Next, while "Keep It's" website explicitly states that they will wrap your furniture and use pads

Would definitely recommend. They took a last minute request for next day needs. Great communication and arrived early. Reviews from some other companies note "no shows" but you don't pay until these guys show up. Great concept. We were really impressed by the speed of which they unloaded our truck. Very nice employees. Will keep them in mind for future use.
