The crew from San Marcos Iron Doors San Antonio did an amazing job installing our rails! Mario and his crew are very professional and do high quality, excellent work. Even though the rail measurements were off, they totally took care of it. We needed help with the paint understanding the difference between copper and bronze and Kain, a manager and very professional and helpful, took care of it as he sent Carlos to paint the rails. They are professional in their approach at every stage of the process, from measurement to installation to follow up. They are the only home improvement contractor that we have used for which we can say we are totally satisfied with the service, product and price. While it might take slightly longer to get your custom door built and installed, overall it is well worth the wait. We sent them a rough design, and they created a stunning set of double doors for our home entry. The time it took to make them was nominal. The quality surpassed our expectations. Communication was timely. The installation was quick, clean and flawless. Everyone who sees our doors says, "Wow!" Well worth the price.

Becky Bednorz was a terrific rep -- did a great job going over options and accurately measuring to ensure the new door fit properly. Recently had our door and transom installed by San Marcos Iron Doors. They did a fabulous job, from Tony our salesman, front office and scheduling personnel, factory fabrication and ultimately the installers. STAY FAR AWAY FROM SAN MARCOS IRON DOORS! The installers do not speak English so they act like they don't understand what you're saying to them & when they installed our double entry arch doors we notified them that the doors are uneven/not lined up from top to bottom & they did not allow for Sheetrock either so now the Sheetrock stands out 1/2" from the door trim on the inside but they told us "don't worry, we will fix all that & do the adjustments when we come back to install glass." When we called them back to come out & fix the issues & install

Our new doors look great! Thanks. An error in trim size was made that kept San Marcos doors from completing the install in one visit; but they quickly corrected the problem and finished the installation--Great customer service! Chris Lindsey did a great job helping us choose the right product for our house and keeping us informed of the status of our door throughout the process. Allen did an exceptional job of installing our door and trim and ensuring we were happy with all aspects of the installation before leaving. Thanks San Marcos Doors!

Thank you, Becky, for helping us design a custom, floor-to-ceiling gate to ensure that our child doesn't climb over the upstairs railing. It looks absolutely stunning and was coordinated to match the other stair railing in the house; so it looks like it was designed and built with the house, even though the real purpose is for safety. Ordered a door back in August 2017 as a new build. It was a single, minimal design iron door. Was told it takes 6-8 weeks for it to come in, (great, because the house needed to be finished by the very end of Dec) so we put down the deposit. 10 weeks go by and still no word about our door. No calls, no emails, absolutely ZERO communication had occurred since ordering our door. Finally, it's the end of December and after 4 months the door comes in... but the glass broke while being delivered. So we ordered a different glass piece and the door was installed. In place of the glass, is a thin piece

I don't have enough words to express how extremely satisfied I am with San Marcos Iron Doors. They do much more than doors. They built me a 17 foot high stine fireplace. They assisted me in designing this from a picture . I sat in the beautiful office and worked with Trica and Liz. They finished tis very fast. The cost was very reasonable- and the workmanship superb. The crew that did the installation was professional and detail oriented. When there was an adjustment needed I called Tricia and she see the Crew over immediately and they made it perfect. This was made to order and its unique and impressive. This is my go to place for any stone or doors from now on.
