Daniel graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2015 in the top 10% of his class. Since graduating, Daniel has dedicated his career to learning and honing his craft in the area of estate planning, probate, and elder law.

These are unprecedented times and I want to be real with you. I'm nervous about what the future may hold too. I wish for all of us that we weren't having to consider these things, but we are. For me and my family, we are having to think about what would happen to a loved one if they got sick or passed away.
Estate Planning is the process of planning for that incapacity and for our ultimate passing. Our goal in Estate Planning is for you to always retain as much control as possible. When you pass away, you want the property that you have earned to go to those you want, how you want, and when you want. Do you have minor children and want to nominate a Guardian for them in the event you and your spouse pass away?

Has a loved one recently passed away? Did he/she have a Last Will and Testament? If so, you will more than likely need to go through the Probate process. Probate is the process of presenting a person's Last Will and Testament to the county Probate Court and petitioning the Court to be appointed as the Executor of the Estate.

I just had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Campen. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and polite. I needed advice and guidance in helping my mom, who suffers from dementia and needs a home aide, qualify for Medicaid, considering an impending lawsuit settlement would render her ineligible.
