This establishment is by far one of the most miserable places I’ve ever witnessed. The service is as trashy as the Director of Operations costume jewelry to the level of their professionalism. What an toxic environment. Company is desperately standing on its last leg. If you have any compassion for your love ones I highly recommend running not walking the opposite direction for Home Health. It is what it is! Ratings should be a negative 2. The reviews that are positive are from employees who are making the ratings look good. Don’t believe the hype.

Pavilion Medical Home Care is wonderful. Their nurses are timely, and their therapists are truly skilled. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable company dedicated to giving care with - there's no other way to say it - dignity. They have brought purpose back into home care medicine. Five stars all the way!

3 visits. Always late. One time didn't come. We agreed on 1 month without service due to vacations, but when restarted he insisted on redoing another "initial" evaluation and charged Medicare that initial fee a second time, which Medicare paid. Finally, had a major HIPPA violation by announcing my wife's condition to others during care provided at a Day Care facility. HIPAA Privacy Rules are national standards to protect individuals' personal health information from theft or exposure. Pavilion needs to do a MUCH better job at ensuring the providers they have on contract understand HIPAA and are

First the only positive thing I can say. The OT was helpful. She did a safety inspection Tuton if my living area and moved some furniture bc I was walking in a cast and she showed me how to take a shower safely. She told me she was going to request that a Home Health aide. One several times a week while I showered and to change my bed linens. Never heard anything from Pavilion. She had said she would visit one more time if home health aide was not approved. Didn’t happen.
