This company has went above n beyond the call of Duty to aid me with assistance care I need. They test to pair you with an aide who can be there to help assist you whether it be physically or, mentally. I really don't write review but I was really low n depressed when I came to Greater works n even tho they are just assisting with my care they have my best interest at heart. You want a company that will care for your loved one as Their own choose greater works.

They treat their employees horrible, I used them to car for my dad who has dementia, they got psid thru Medicaid to care for my dad between certain hour . The office ckerk would pull the aide from my dad and send to care for another patient during the hours they were supposed to be at my dads home.....They're employees don't get paid their full hours they short them out of pay,...You call to speak to nurse liaison person, they don't return calls, for days or week at a time, dont respond to text...I actually watch them go into office then say they weren't in yet, It's hard to get reliable to care

Totally unprofessional. The staff is very incompetent. Do not hire this company to take care of you for your love ones. They are understaffed and they will not communicate with you. The owners name is Nya. The unprofessionalism starts from the top and trickles down throughout the bottom. Marie the secretary lady is not too bright. She is also very incompetent and doesn’t have the first clue about nursing.
