I have 20 years in the Air Force working in the Health Care Field. Went back to College and got my degree in Computer Information Technology and have a Microsoft Certification. Started fixing computers with White Wilson Medical Center. I supported 70 doctors and approximately 300 desktop and laptop users.

I've worked on all brands of computers. I have some experience with Microsoft Small Business servers, Novell and Unix servers. I have done all types of parts replacements, networking and backup/restore operations. I've helped many customers solve issues with everything from picture editing to file sharing, virus removal to remote access, smart phone setup, and speed up pc and internet connection and more.

I've had numerous folks say they let someone take over their computer and then they want lots of money to give it back to them. Please call me and let me help you but don't let them take over your computer.

Microsoft SCAM and now IRS SCAM- Don't be fooled by someone calling you saying they are from Microsoft and they have reports your computer is infected. This is a big time scam and they will get your money. Just hang up the phone. Microsoft will not call you, sorry but Bill Gates doesn't want to give you any money.

I just had Henry call back to get help with a problem thinking I would take it in and have him look at it. He helped me on the phone without even bringing it in. If you don't use him for your repair or problem you'll be making a big!! mistake. Thank you for your help.

Fixed my daughters laptop, very quick, friendly and very fairly priced. He picked up from my house and dropped back off when he was done. He fix the power port, it was running slow he fixed that and the charger itself was bad and he got us a new one. Im very pleased with his work and will continue to use him in the future!!!!
